Corporate Financial Services Interior Fitout

Project Summary

SBA Interiors successfully executed the Corporate Financial Services Fitout Project by delivering a functional and contemporary workspace. The project requirements included a reduction in office space while still maintaining breakout areas and encouraging employees return to the office.

To promote healthy working habits, ergonomics were prioritised through designing all workstations to be sit-to-stand. The workspace was thoughtfully designed to balance collaborative and quiet working zones, giving employees the flexibility to work in their preferred environment.

Close consideration was given to every detail, incorporating elevated finishes in circulation, breakout and meeting areas, while warm lighting creates a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

The design team utilised a monochromatic palette throughout the space to reflect the client’s corporate branding, resulting in a cohesive and sophisticated look.

Despite the challenges posed by the project constraints including a short program and a tight budget, SBA Interiors exceeded the client’s expectations by delivering a comfortable and functional workspace allowing staff to thrive.
