Calibre Estate - Building 5

Project Summary

Calibre 5 is the final building in Mirvac’s highly successful Calibre Industrial Estate in Eastern Creek, a development setting a new industrial benchmark in Western Sydney. SBA Architects has been involved with the masterplanning and design for the entire estate totalling 123,500sqm with a realised project value $100 million.

In collaboration with Mirvac, SBA sought to enhance Calibre 5’s building design using both industrial and organic forms.
