Project Summary

SBA Architects was engaged to masterplan, prepare individual designs and ongoing construction documentation services for the development of 11 industrial buildings in Stage 1 of Goodman’s Oakdale Estate at Horsley Park. The major projects range in area from 3,000 to 36,000sqm and have been designed for tenants including DHL, Reckitt Benckiser, Pet Barn, Yusen Logistics, DSV Global Transport, Mulford Plastics, Dexion, B Dynamic, Zumtobel and Consolidated Veneers.
