Wetherill Park sale hits $61m
Industrial property is one of the hottest sectors in the market with high demand and limited supply pushing up rents and sales prices.
One of the latest is a 8.6-hectare Wetherill Park industrial site, which has been sold for $61 million in an off-market deal through JLL.
