Project Summary

SBA Architects was engaged by Goodman and worked alongside Hansen Yuncken to develop the design and deliver the Toll IPEC facility at Bungarribee Industrial Estate, Huntingwood NSW.

This unique $65m project involved the design of a 62,000sqm freight processing and distribution facility, complete with a state of the art parcel sortation system in 46,000sqm warehouse, 8,000sqm mezzanine floor, driver rest rooms, truck workshop and fueling, two gate houses, 4,000sqm head office and over 100,000sqm of hardstand areas.
